Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for services provided by Agency Partners Group LLC, doing business as Stacking Capital ("Stacking Capital," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Upfront-Payment Clients

Clients who prepay for services agree to the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility Window: Clients may request a full refund within three (3) calendar days of signing their agreement, provided that:

No onboarding call has been conducted, and

No work has commenced on credit optimization, strategy, or funding preparation.

Non-Refundable After Service Commencement: Once the onboarding call has occurred and work has begun, no refunds will be issued, as the services rendered are highly customized and time-intensive.

Payment Plans: If a client is on a payment plan and chooses not to follow through with their onboarding responsibilities or documentation requirements, the remaining balance is still due and non-refundable.

2. Performance-Based Clients

Performance-based clients are not charged any upfront fees. Instead:

Success Fee Payment: Clients agree to pay a success fee based on the total approved funding amount secured by Stacking Capital.

No Refunds: Once funding is approved and the client has been notified, the success fee is due regardless of whether the client chooses to activate or use the approved credit.

Invoice Terms: Payment must be made within the specified terms (typically 5–10 calendar days of approval notice). No refunds or reversals will be granted under any circumstances.

3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

All clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through their bank or credit card provider. All services are governed by signed agreements that outline non-refundable terms.

If a chargeback is attempted, the Company reserves the right to:

Suspend any ongoing services,

Pursue full legal and financial recovery,

Add interest (up to 18% annually) and legal fees,

Forward the matter to collections and report to credit bureaus, if applicable.
