4. Payment and Refunds

We offer two service models: Upfront-Payment Clients and Performance-Based Clients.

Upfront-Payment Clients:

A one-time strategy and fulfillment fee is due upon signing the agreement.

In compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, including buyer's remorse periods, upfront clients are eligible for a refund within three (3) calendar days of signing, provided that no onboarding call has occurred and no work has begun.

Once onboarding is completed and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued due to the intensive consultative nature of our services.

Performance-Based Clients:

A success fee is due based on the total approved funding amount secured via our efforts.

This success fee must be paid within 5 to 10 calendar days of receiving funding approvals, regardless of whether the client chooses to activate or use the approved credit.

No refunds are applicable for performance-based services, as payment is collected only after results are delivered.

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in collection efforts, including interest charges, legal recovery, and potential credit bureau reporting.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. You access these resources at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stacking Capital, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.
